Go to Gateway of tally - Help -TDL's & AddOns - Manage Local TDL's 

after load this TDL you can view Profit Amount and Profit Percentage by with the help of Last Purchase Rate.

and this Profit Amount and Profit Percentage is showing in Sales Register also.

With the help of this TDL, you can set profit margin in the sales bill and can also find out the profit percentage.
